In August 2017, Matt and Jessica Mermod proudly took the reins of Newcastle Gardens, bringing with them a combined 55 years of hospitality experience and a heartfelt passion for creating meaningful experiences.
After moving their family from the South Bay to the close-knit community of Newcastle, Matt and Jess embraced the opportunity to work more personally with couples, families, and organizations. Their approach is rooted in warmth, professionalism, and genuine care—ensuring every guest feels welcomed and every event feels special.
It has been their joy to celebrate life’s milestones alongside the community, and they look forward to creating many more magical memories for years to come.
