Newcastle Gardens offers in-house floristry and tablescape design to simplify your journey to the “big day.” Who better to create unforgettable ambience with floral arrangements than someone who knows the space, and knows what works? With over 100 weddings executed at Newcastle Gardens, our florist has ample experience working with all aspects of your wedding flower needs: Bouquets and boutonnieres, reception centerpiece arrangements, arbor installations, ceremony flowers, long tablescape designs, cake embellishments, and more. In addition, the Barn Loft Showroom is full of many wedding day decor options, and access to this incredible space is included with the venue rental. It is a pleasure to assist our couples through the design process with creativity, attentiveness, and professionalism.

Meet the Owners,
Matt and Jess
Matt and Jessica Mermod took management reigns of Newcastle Gardens in August, 2017. With a combined hospitality experience of 55 years, they were extremely excited for the opportunity to move their family of five out of the South Bay and into a smaller, closer-knit community, and to work more personally with people in the service industry. It has been their extreme pleasure to meet, accommodate, and support couples, as well as various organizations and events within the community. They look forward to making more magical memories for guests, to new friendships as a result, and to creating a prosperous future in the Placer County community and beyond.
